30:4-177.33.Ā Establishment;Ā areas;Ā programs and procedures
The department shall establish such facilities in such areas of the State asĀ are best calculated to carry out the purposes of this act and shall maintainĀ therein preventive treatment programs, guided group interaction, and such otherĀ procedures as are deemed most adequate to deal with youthful offenders in anĀ effort to prevent further delinquency.
