30:4-177.35.Ā Management, direction and control
The management, direction and control of such facilities shall be vested inĀ the Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies.Ā No board ofĀ managers shall be appointed and the commissioner shall perform those duties andĀ functions which would otherwise be performed by such board.
