30:4-181.Ā Limitation on annual increase
No such officer or farmer guard shall receive an increase in his annual compensation of more than one hundred dollars in any one year, except that fromĀ and after June first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, no suchĀ prison officer or reformatory officer shall receive annual compensation of lessĀ than eighteen hundred dollars and no such farmer guard shall receive annualĀ compensation of less than sixteen hundred dollars.
