30:4-75.2.Ā Rules and regulations
The Attorney General and the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies shallĀ adopt such rules and regulations as shall be necessary to effectuate theĀ provisions of this act and to co-ordinate the collection activities and procedures of the boards, officers, agencies and other bodies in the DepartmentĀ of Institutions and of the Bureau of Maintenance Collections.
