30:6C-7.Ā Aftercare treatment;Ā refusal to continue as violation of probation
Any individual released or discharged from a State or county mental hospitalĀ or similar facility after having been voluntarily admitted or committed theretoĀ as a disorderly person as provided for herein, shall receive specializedĀ medically oriented aftercare treatment for the balance of the time that theĀ individual shall remain on probation.Ā If the individual receiving aftercareĀ treatment refuses to continue to receive such treatment and thus violates theĀ condition of his probation, he shall be returned to the court for furtherĀ disposition as provided for herein.
