30:8-16.10.Ā Amount of financial assistance grant
If a county or counties applying for financial assistance under this act meet all the requirements for receiving such assistance, as determined by the commissioner, the commissioner shall provide a State financial assistance grantĀ for:
a.Ā The full cost of capital construction and renovation for county correctional facilities providing placement space for prisoners remanded by theĀ State;Ā and
b.Ā The partial cost of capital construction and renovation for county correctional facilities for housing county prisoners.
