30:8-16.9.Ā Planning grant
In order to assist a county or cooperating counties which have established aĀ county corrections advisory board but which do not have a comprehensive plan,Ā and which require financial assistance to defray expenses necessary to developĀ such a plan the commissioner, upon receipt of resolutions from the governingĀ body of the county or counties certifying the inability to pay the expenses,Ā may provide a planning grant to the county or counties.
