30:9-1.1.Ā Bonds for erection of county lunatic asylum
The board of chosen freeholders of a county by resolution adopted by a voteĀ of not less than three-fourths of all its members may issue bonds in the corporate name of the county in an amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars for the purpose of erecting a suitable county lunatic asylum.
