30:9-12.3.Ā President and vice-presidents of board;Ā superintendent
The board of managers shall elect from its membership a president and one orĀ more vice-presidents.Ā It shall appoint a superintendent who shall hold officeĀ at the pleasure of the board.Ā The superintendent shall not be a member of theĀ board.Ā The board of managers shall determine the amount of time theĀ superintendent shall be required to spend at the hospital in the discharge ofĀ his duties.
