30:9-69.Ā Inspection of hospital and records
The superintendent shall admit the managers, members of the board of chosenĀ freeholders and duly authorized representatives of the state board, stateĀ charities aid association and state department of health into every part of theĀ hospital and premises and afford them on demand access to all books, papers,Ā accounts and records pertaining to the hospital and shall furnish abstracts,Ā copies and reports whenever required by them.
