32:1-100.Ā Condemnation procedure
Whenever any proceeding for the acquisition ofĀ "real property"Ā as definedĀ in this act, is instituted under this act, such proceeding shall be conductedĀ pursuant to the provisions of an act entitledĀ "An act to regulate theĀ ascertainment and payment of compensation for property condemned or taken forĀ public use"Ā (Revision of one thousand nine hundred), approved March twentieth,Ā one thousand nine hundred, and the acts amendatory thereof and supplementalĀ thereto.
