32:1-154.10.Ā Definitions
The following terms as used herein shall have the indicated meanings:
"Traffic"Ā shall include pedestrians, ridden animals, herded animals and vehicles whether moved by human power or otherwise.
"Vehicular crossings"Ā shall include not only bridges and tunnels operatedĀ by the Port Authority, but also their plazas and approaches, but shall notĀ include any lands granted by the Port Authority to the States of New York orĀ New Jersey or to a municipality for street or highway purposes even though suchĀ street or highway constitutes a means of access to or egress from suchĀ vehicular crossing.
