32:1-154.24.Ā Effective date
This act shall take effect upon the adoption by the States of New Jersey andĀ New York of concurrent legislation providing that either State, without theĀ consent or concurrence of the other State, may from time to time prescribe,Ā amend, modify or rescind penalties for violations within its territorial limitsĀ of any rule or regulation, otherwise authorized, of the Port of New YorkĀ Authority, and procedures for the enforcement of such penalties;Ā but if theĀ States of New Jersey and New York shall have already enacted such legislation,Ā this act shall take effect immediately.
