The joint commission may adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem expedient for the proper government of any such bridge and for the preservationĀ of good order, safe traffic and proper conduct thereon. Copies of such rulesĀ and regulations shall be conspicuously posted on each bridge under theĀ jurisdiction of the joint commission.
