32:11AA-10.Ā Effective date
This act shall take effect immediately but the Governor shall not enter intoĀ the compact hereinabove set forth on behalf of the State of New Jersey untilĀ after passage by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of a substantially similarĀ act embodying said compact between the two States.
