32:11-10.  Maintenance and repair of bridges constructed Any such bridge, upon its completion, shall be maintained, repaired and operated by the joint commission in the same manner as interstate toll bridges between this state and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania heretofore acquired are  by law maintained, repaired and operated.
