32:11-2.Ā Officers and employees of joint commission
The joint commission may appoint a treasurer who may or may not be a memberĀ of the joint commission, a secretary, and such engineering, architectural andĀ construction experts, inspectors and other employees as it may deem necessary,Ā all of whom shall do such work as the joint commission may direct.Ā The jointĀ commission shall fix the compensation of the respective persons so appointed.
