32:12-14.Ā Acquisition of real estate
The commission may, in its own corporate name, purchase and acquire all lands, rights and interests in lands, either within or without the territory ofĀ such counties, which may be necessary for the construction of the bridge orĀ tunnel.Ā For this purpose the commission may condemn the real estate in theĀ manner provided by the general laws of this state relating to the condemnationĀ of lands for public use.
