32:2-20.Ā Consent to taking of certain property necessary;Ā bonded indebtedness and sinking funds not impaired
Anything in this article to the contrary notwithstanding, no property vestedĀ in or held by Jersey City or by any railroad or railway company shall be takenĀ by the port authority without the authority or consent of said city or of suchĀ company, nor shall anything in this article impair or invalidate any bondedĀ indebtedness of the state or of Jersey City or any other municipality orĀ county, nor impair the provisions of law regulating the payment into sinkingĀ funds of revenue derived from municipal property or dedicating the revenuesĀ derived from municipal property to a specific purpose.
