32:2-23.15.Ā Authorization of entry to make surveys, maps, etc.
The Port Authority and its duly authorized agents, and all persons acting under its authority and by its direction, may enter in the daytime into and upon any real property which it shall be necessary so to enter, for the purposeĀ of making such surveys, diagrams, maps or plans, or for the purpose of makingĀ such soundings or borings as the Port Authority may deem necessary orĀ convenient for the purposes of this act and the concurrent act of the State ofĀ New York.
