32:2-23.4.Ā Port Authority;Ā powers
Any powers granted to the Port Authority by this act and the concurrent actĀ of the State of New York shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to andĀ in no sense as a limitation upon any of the other powers vested in it by theĀ two States or either of them;Ā and the Port Authority shall be authorized notĀ only to establish, acquire, rehabilitate, maintain, operate and from time toĀ time improve such motor bus terminal, but also to make incidental uses ofĀ properties acquired for or in connection with such motor bus terminal.
