32:2-7.Ā Return of minutes by governor;Ā effect of failure to return minutes
The Governor shall, within 10 days exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays or publicĀ holidays after the minutes shall have been so delivered, cause the same to beĀ returned to the port authority either with or without his veto on any actionĀ therein recited as having been taken by any commissioner appointed from thisĀ State.Ā If the Governor shall not return the minutes within said 10-day period,Ā any action therein recited shall have force and effect according to the wordingĀ thereof.
