32:20-6.Ā Reciprocal agreement ratified;Ā superseding other laws and regulations
The reciprocal agreement set forth in paragraph (4) of the above preamble isĀ hereby ratified and applied to the waters and watershed of said Delaware riverĀ basin within the territorial limits of this State, and its terms and provisionsĀ shall supersede the terms and provisions of any existing laws and regulationsĀ applicable to that area, to the extent, only, that the terms and provisions ofĀ such existing laws and regulations are inconsistent with the terms andĀ provisions set forth in said reciprocal agreement.
