32:20-9.Ā Reciprocal agreement effective when
The terms and provisions of said reciprocal agreement shall become effectiveĀ upon receipt by the Secretary of State of this State of a certificate from theĀ Executive Secretary of The Interstate Commission on the Delaware River BasinĀ that an act in substantially the same form as this act has been passed by theĀ Legislature, and approved by the Governor, of one of the other three StatesĀ constituent to said Delaware River Basin, together with a certified copy ofĀ said act of said State, and thereupon the Secretary of State shall advise theĀ Department of Health of this State accordingly.
