32:23-100.Ā Exemption from arrest and service of process
If a person, in obedience to a subpoena, issued pursuant to article IV or article XI of the compact directing him to attend and testify comes into eitherĀ State party to this compact from the other State, he shall not, while in thatĀ State pursuant to such subpoena, be subject to arrest or the service ofĀ process, civil or criminal, in connection with matters which arose before hisĀ entrance into such State under the subpoena.
