32:23-170.Ā Application of article to flight personnel
The provisions of this article shall not be applicable to any person who isĀ a member of the flight crew or flight personnel of an aircraft which is operated by an air carrier and which is located within an air freight security area upon a showing of such identification as may be required by the commission.
