32:23-174.Ā Temporary suspension of license or permit
Pending the determination of such hearing pursuant to section 3 the commission may temporarily suspend a license or permit if in the opinion of theĀ commission the continuance of the license or permit for such period is inimicalĀ to the public peace or safety.
