32:23-203.Ā Interference with licensing
Any person who directly or indirectly inflicts or threatens to inflict any injury, damage, harm or loss or in any other manner practices intimidation uponĀ or against any person in order to induce or compel such person or any otherĀ person to refrain from obtaining a license or permit pursuant to this compactĀ shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more thanĀ $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year or both.
