32:23-204.Ā Intimidation
Any person who, without justification or excuse in law, directly or indirectly, intimidates or inflicts any injury, damage, harm, loss or economic reprisal upon any person who holds a license or permit issued by the commissionĀ pursuant to this compact, or any other person, or attempts, conspires orĀ threatens so to do, in order to interfere with, impede or influence suchĀ licensee or permittee in the performance or discharge of his duties orĀ obligations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not moreĀ than $1,000.00 or imprisonment of not more than 1 year or both.
