32:23-63.Ā False testimony or false reports;Ā punishment
Any person who, having been sworn or affirmed as a witness in any such hearing, shall wilfully give false testimony or who shall wilfully make or fileĀ any false or fraudulent report or statement required by this compact to be madeĀ or filed under oath, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine ofĀ not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for not moreĀ than one year or both.
