32:23-66.Ā Intimidation, punishment
Any person who directly or indirectly inflicts or threatens to inflict any injury, damage, harm or loss or in any other manner practices intimidation uponĀ or against any person in order to induce or compel such person or any otherĀ person to refrain from registering pursuant to this compact shall be punishableĀ as may be provided by the two States by action of the Legislature of eitherĀ State concurred in by the Legislature of the other.
