32:23-77.3.Ā Effective date of act
This act shall take effect upon the enactment into law by the State of New York of legislation having an identical effect with this act;Ā but if the StateĀ of New York shall have already enacted such legislation, then this act shallĀ take effect immediately, and for the purpose of the assessment provided inĀ article XIII of the Waterfront Commission compact and section 2 of the Waterfront Commission Act shall be in effect as of January 1, 1954.
