32:27-12.Ā Officers
The board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman, a secretary and a treasurerĀ from among its membership and may elect such other officers as it desires fromĀ among its membership.Ā The vice-chairman, and either the secretary orĀ treasurer, shall not reside in the same State as the chairman. The chairman orĀ vice-chairman shall be elected from among the State officials or appointees ofĀ each party State.Ā The remaining officers shall be selected from among theĀ members representing the counties and municipalities.
