32:3-13.18.  Agreement authorized by 1931 act effective except where amended  or repealed Except where specifically amended or repealed by this act the provisions of  the agreement authorized by chapter three hundred ninety-one of the laws of New  Jersey, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, approved June thirtieth, one  thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (P.L.1931, c. 391) are maintained in full  force and effect.
