32:3-17.Ā Concurrent legislation by Pennsylvania
This act shall become effective on July first, one thousand nine hundred andĀ thirty-one, but the New Jersey Interstate Bridge Commission shall not enterĀ into any agreement hereunder until the commonwealth of Pennsylvania has passedĀ a substantially similar act embodying the agreement between the two statesĀ herein set forth and making a like appropriation.
