32:5-5.Ā Operation of cars and trains over facilities owned by others
The Delaware River Joint Commission shall have the right and power to enterĀ into contracts, agreements and/or leases with other transportation companiesĀ for the operation of cars or trains owned by said commission over theĀ transportation facilities owned, leased or operated by other transportationĀ companies.
