33:1-11.2.Ā Definitions
For the purposes of this act, the following phrases shall be deemed to haveĀ the meanings herein given to them:
(a) Foreign person--a person resident in or incorporated under the laws of any State other than the State of New Jersey.
(b) Resident person--a person resident in or incorporated under the laws ofĀ the State of New Jersey.
