33:1-39.1.Ā Reciprocal rules and regulations with other states
The commissioner may make such reciprocal rules and regulations and specialĀ rulings pertaining to any one or more states designated therein as may beĀ necessary for the proper regulation and control of the manufacture, sale andĀ distribution of alcoholic beverages and the enforcement of this chapter, inĀ addition thereto and not inconsistent therewith, and alter, amend, repeal andĀ publish the same from time to time.
