33:1-43a.  Limited right of wholesaler to acquire interest in corporation Nothing in this act shall affect the right of any person having any interest  whatsoever in the wholesaling in this State of alcoholic beverages, other than  malt alcoholic beverages, to hold or acquire an interest of not more than 10%  of any corporation, the shares of which are traded on a national securities  exchange or regularly traded in an over-the-counter market by one or more  members of a national or affiliated securities association.
