33:1-70.Ā Each violation separate offense;Ā name of purchaser unnecessary inĀ affidavits, indictments, etc.
Every violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.Ā In anyĀ affidavit, information, complaint or indictment for a violation of this chapter, separate offenses may be united, and the defendant may be tried on oneĀ or more counts at one trial, and the penalty for each separate offense may beĀ imposed.
It shall not be necessary in any affidavit, information, complaint or indictment involving a sale of alcoholic beverages to give the name of the purchaser thereof, and it shall not in any affidavit, information, complaint orĀ indictment be necessary to include any defensive negative averments, but itĀ shall be sufficient to state the act or acts constituting the violation andĀ that the same was or were then and there prohibited by law, saving, however, toĀ all defendants the right to require a bill of particulars as in other cases.
