33:1-87.Ā Exemptions from provisions of act
Nothing herein contained shall apply to the sale or possession of alcohol which is not intended for beverage purposes and has been denatured or otherwiseĀ rendered unfit in fact for beverage purposes, nor with the possession ofĀ alcohol for the actual manufacture of United States Pharmacopoeia and NationalĀ Formulary preparations and for the compounding of physicians' originalĀ prescriptions by pharmacists registered by the Board of Pharmacy of the StateĀ of New Jersey under the laws of the State of New Jersey, who are owners orĀ managers of pharmacies registered with the Board of Pharmacy and operated underĀ unlimited permits issued by the Board of Pharmacy of the State of New Jersey.
