Statutes > New-jersey > Title-33 > Section-33-1 > 33-1-9233:1-92. Penalties Violation of this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
