37:2-11.Ā Judgments against married women;Ā effect
Any judgment obtained against a married woman by virtue of this chapter shall be valid and effectual, and all property, real or personal, sold under anĀ execution issued thereon, executed according to law, shall become vested in theĀ purchaser as fully and effectually as if the judgment and execution wereĀ against an unmarried person;Ā but no judgment against a married woman shallĀ affect any estate, interest or right of her husband in her real property.
