The wordĀ "convey"Ā in sections 37:2-25 and 37:2-26 of this Title shall be so construed as to include the right to mortgage, and any decree, judgment or order of the Court of Chancery or of the Superior Court made after April eighth, one thousand nine hundred and three, pursuant to the provisions of saidĀ sections 37:2-25 and 37:2-26, and directing that a married woman may convey herĀ land without the concurrence of her husband because of his lunacy or otherĀ mental incapacity, shall be so construed as to include the right to mortgageĀ said premises.
