37:2-29.Ā Terms and conditions of order for sale for reinvestment or exchange of real estate
Upon making an order or judgment in the action mentioned in section 37:2-28Ā of this Title it shall not be necessary for said court to ascertain the actualĀ money value of the estate or interest of the husband in such lands, if any, orĀ to direct any sum to be paid out of the purchase-money of the said lands by theĀ purchaser to the committee or guardian of said lunatic or incapacitatedĀ husband, or to the clerk of the court, as required by section 37:2-26 of thisĀ Title;Ā but in making such order or judgment the court may impose such terms orĀ conditions as it shall deem advisable.
