38A:11-1.Ā  Funds of disbanded organizations The Adjutant General shall secure and hold in custody the funds of disbandedĀ  organizations after settling such necessary obligations as may be presented forĀ  payment within six months after such disbandment.Ā  Whenever any disbandedĀ  organization shall be replaced within a year, the moneys shall be transferredĀ  by the Adjutant General to the new organization.Ā  If no new organization beĀ  organized within such year, the funds may be expended in such manner as heĀ  deems best.
