38A:14-7.Ā Trespassers and disturbers may be placed in arrest
The commanding officer upon any occasion of duty may place in arrest duringĀ the continuance thereof, any person who shall trespass upon a camp or paradeĀ ground, armory, arsenal, rifle range, or any other place devoted to or used forĀ military purposes or shall in any manner interrupt or molest or disturb theĀ orderly discharge of duty by those under arms, or shall disturb or prevent theĀ passage of troops going to or returning from any duty.
