38A:3-2b3. Duties of Adjutant GeneralĀ
2. The Adjutant General of the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs shall:Ā
a. develop economic criteria for determining eligibility for financial assistance pursuant to the program established by this act; andĀ
b. promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to implement the provisions of this act.Ā
