38:20-4.Ā Allotments when child over twenty-one years
When the application of any such war orphan shall have been granted in the first instance as herein provided, then the maximum number of annual allotmentsĀ provided by section 38:20-3 of this title may be granted to such applicant forĀ and during consecutive years regardless of the fact such applicant shall beĀ over the age of twenty-one years at the time of the granting of any such annualĀ allotment subsequent to the first.
