38:23B-1.Ā Purpose of act
The purposes of this act are to make it possible for certain qualified veterans to obtain:Ā a. venture capital, at low rates of interest, which may beĀ necessary to establish or re-establish themselves in a business or profession; and b. loans, at low rates of interest, which may be necessary to enable themĀ to purchase household furnishings and household appliances required by them forĀ use in their homes.
